AetherQuest Solutions, Inc.'s exhibitor manager will be onsite and accessible to your exhibitors at all times during your event. We let exhibitors know that we are there to answer questions an exhibitor may have, to collect or distribute materials as needed, and to apply show management exhibitor policies. The AetherQuest Solutions, Inc.'s exhibitor manager will:
- Greet and attend to your exhibitors during set-up.
- Serve as exhibitor contact throughout the conference.
- Work in tandem with the venue and the general contractor on behalf of your exhibitors.
- Oversee the development of the exhibit hall guide for the conference print program.
- Ensure that all expo hall rules and regulations are observed and vendors provide services as contracted.
